Role Summary

Lead BIADA's technology function — covering IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and digital/e-governance initiatives — aligning tech strategy with the organisation's industrial development goals.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the IT roadmap aligned with BIADA's digital transformation goals
  • Advise senior management on emerging technologies and policy frameworks
  • Prepare and monitor annual IT budgets

Infrastructure & Operations

  • Oversee servers, network, data center, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Ensure 99.9% uptime of ERP, GIS, investor portals, and e-governance platforms

Enterprise Applications & ERP

  • Supervise ERP lifecycle (SAP/Oracle/custom) and integrations — land allotment, CRM, MIS
  • Coordinate with NIC, MeitY, and system integrators

Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Enforce IT security policies per IT Act 2000, CERT-In, and data protection norms
  • Conduct regular security audits, VAPT, and vulnerability assessments

Digital & E-Governance

  • Lead investor portals, citizen platforms, grievance systems, and automation projects
  • Coordinate with DPIIT, DigiLocker, and state digital initiatives

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead IT team; manage procurement via GeM portal, tenders, and SLA oversight

Qualifications



EducationB.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT/ECE) mandatory; M.Tech/MBA (IT) preferred
Experience12–15 years IT experience, 5+ years in leadership
Govt. SectorGovernment/PSU/e-governance project experience preferred
CertificationsPMP, CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001, ITIL preferred
